Actress Rachel McAdams, now 31, does something most can’t muster. She wakes up when it’s still dark and performs rigorous yoga. “The earliest I’ll start is four-thirty. That’s my limit,” she told Vogue for a recent feature that also cited her habit of biking and walking wherever she goes, and a diet that arches towards healthy-gourmet. It also included the interesting detail that, as beautiful as McAdams always is, she wasn’t raised to focus on appearances. “My mother never put an emphasis on looks. She let us grow up on our own time line,” McAdams told Vogue. “She never forced any beauty regimen into my world.” |
